For someone who spends an inordinate amount of time watching horse videos, reading news articles about various horse sports and horse care, and who spends time every day to hug the horses in the pasture (Except right now when we’re both hot and sweaty, sensory eww! They get pats and the occasional nose/forehead kiss.), the fact that I stopped writing equestrian literature is probably somewhat shocking.
However, there were reasons for that, and I’ve spent the past year or so thinking about how I could get back into writing equestrian literature while also remaining true to myself. This blog announces the next step in that — my new pen name.
I am pleased to announce that I am writing equestrian fiction as Kit M Caelsto.
I’ve got a few more tweaks to make on the main Kit Author website, which I’ll be doing as I update my previous pen name’s books in the store; however, I am happy to have gotten my equestrian literature and equestrian romance backlist on the new website and the two will be combined moving forward.
I’ll be starting a new series (and probably thinking about ways to continue a previous series) later this month. Stay tuned for all the news. And to my readers of the previous pen name who have followed me here, thank you for staying and hanging in there with me. I appreciate your support more than you know.
