The free tier of the reader group allows you to read unlocked chapters of two serial stories, with one new one unlocking each month until the books are complete and a new one begins (and also unlocks). You can see the rest of the perks in the table below.
The subscription tier unlocks a vast short story library of free stories, twice the number of unlocked chapters for each novel, and even more benefits including stickers handmade goods, and more. All the perks are listed below.
Curious about the library of short stories?
These stories are exclusive to Muse Happens for at least six months before they’re offered for sale; however they will remain in the Muse Happens library even after that point.
The two novels available in Muse Happens are Through A Portal Storm and The Search for Apollo’s Chalice. Both of which I’ve finished writing. Through a Portal Storm is complete for paying subscribers and The Search for Apollo’s Chalice will be complete by early next year. Both novels will be finished for paying subscribers before they go on sale.

Membership is handled through this website, and I accept both PayPal and credit cards. Payment will be a monthly subscription, recurring on the day you originally subscribed. (So if you subscribe on the 12th of the month, you’ll get charged on the 12th of each following month until cancelled.) You are able to change your membership amount, upgrade, downgrade, or even (tears!) cancel at any time. Any changes will take effect on your next billing date; no proration or refunds are provided.
