I don’t often talk about my works in progress, and that has a lot to do with my cPTSD and RSD. But as I’m working on a project I’m super excited to get back to, and I am starting to make some writing plans moving forward, I thought I’d update you.

What I'm Writing
I admit that my writing process is a little unorthodox. Right now I’m working on and releasing the chapters in the winter holiday novella Secrets and Sugarplum Magic for the Divine Rein series for my patreon. Members receive early access to the chapters before they’re released along with a copy of the book when it’s released and hopefully more goodies in the future.Â
I am working on two short stories for submission calls by Epona Muse Publishing. The first is a cozy fantasy centered on cheese, and the other will be a follow up to my short story Storm Hunter, which is available for Muse Happens members to read in the library.
And finally, I’m working through the serials (I’ve started the sequel to Through The Portal Storm which is complete for Muse Happens members and unrolling one chapter at a time for free reader members.), the sequel to Luck Be A Healer called Luck Be A Ranger as well as working on more Par Impar Stories. (My morning routine is 3K on the serial, 6K on the sequel, 3K on Par Impar, and 3K on finishing something that’s been languishing on my hard drive, then I dive into either equestrian or a couple of other projects.)
So I never have “one” WIP going at a time, and that’s the way my brain likes it. Sure, it may mean I get things to you a little more slowly, but if I can stay engaged and write more, that’s a win!
Other Things On The Horizon
I’ll be speaking at a few different conventions in the first part of October and will share the information soon for those. Additionally, on my 7-dimensional to do list, I have some updates I’d like to make to the website AND to Muse Happens. I can’t wait to share those with you too.
