Membership is handled through this website, and I accept both PayPal and credit cards. Payment will be a monthly subscription, recurring on the day you originally subscribed. (So if you subscribe on the 12th of the month, you’ll get charged on the 12th of each following month until cancelled.) You are able to change your membership amount, upgrade, downgrade, or even (tears!) cancel at any time. Any changes will take effect on your next billing date; no proration or refunds are provided.
