Starting To Swim

Starina is in between investigations, on administrative leave, and decides to take a long-overdue vacation. When she's gifted a goldfish by a Buddhist monk, she realizes that there's more than a simple gift. A transfer to new department hints at things to come, but first, she needs to figure out where she belongs.
